Here at Intrepid Travel we love being able to see and share travel photography, and do not take ownership rights in any photos uploaded by you to our Facebook page.
But, when posting a photo, please keep in mind you are granting Intrepid Travel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, perpetual licence, which we can use to modify, delete from and add to, and reproduce your photo without limitation in any form of online media and social media accounts, pages and channels.
Of course, if you don’t feel comfortable with Intrepid Travel using your photo and would like to revoke this licence, feel free to email us any time at marketing@intrepidtravel.com and we will be more than happy to comply.
